How we support our individuals for success

Supported employment is a combination of intensive ongoing supports and services for individuals whom competitive employment, at or above the minimum wage is unlikely, or may be able to work in a competitive work environment, but because of their disabilities need additional support.

These supports and services enable participants to be able to perform in work settings for regular wages.

Supported employment is conducted in a variety of settings including enclaves at community businesses and work sites where persons without disabilities are employed and are designed to increase or maintain the individual's skills and independence.
